On September 13 we had a house fire and lost everything. My son PS5 was in the house and we thought it was completely lost. We gave Charlie and his team at Restronic a chance to restore it and clean it up from all the smoke damage, I’m happy to say the they did an amazing job getting it fixed and I got it back in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services without any hesitation. Thank you Charlie and your team for the service and amazing job you all did.
Remarkable job! Had a flood and Restronic came to take care of the art work. Terry Bower who supervised the crew did a fantastic job and went beyond his duties to advise on how to take care of the furniture was affected by water damage. The same crew came back to deliver the art work and electronics that had been taken away for storage and repair and everything went very smoothly.
I’m extremely disappointed with Restronic and their handling of my personal property after a damage claim. They took possession of my nearly brand-new refrigerator (only two months old) along with an old washer and dryer that were rusted and water-damaged. Without my permission, they disposed of the refrigerator—an item I explicitly wanted returned. Meanwhile, they brought back the washer and dryer, which were clearly beyond useful life. After a fire at our house, the insurance company sent them to restore our musical instruments and electronics. Becky in the front office and the crews at our house were all great. They kept meticulous inventory and updated us status of all items.
