On September 13 we had a house fire and lost everything. My son PS5 was in the house and we thought it was completely lost. We gave Charlie and his team at Restronic a chance to restore it and clean it up from all the smoke damage, I’m happy to say the they did an amazing job getting it fixed and I got it back in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services without any hesitation. Thank you Charlie and your team for the service and amazing job you all did.
Recording studio flood because of a water heater. They were there within 24 hours and removed any/all items I hadn't managed to get out myself, including a 400 lb Hammond B3. All told almost 300 items, mostly keyboards, computers, and other electronics, were removed - cleaned - and some have already been returned. Excellent service, communication, and very responsive. Restronic is a wonderful company that helped me through a difficult time.
