I’m extremely disappointed with Restronic and their handling of my personal property after a damage claim. They took possession of my nearly brand-new refrigerator (only two months old) along with an old washer and dryer that were rusted and water-damaged. Without my permission, they disposed of the refrigerator—an item I explicitly wanted returned. Meanwhile, they brought back the washer and dryer, which were clearly beyond useful life. After a fire at our house, the insurance company sent them to restore our musical instruments and electronics. Becky in the front office and the crews at our house were all great. They kept meticulous inventory and updated us status of all items.
Recording studio flood because of a water heater. They were there within 24 hours and removed any/all items I hadn't managed to get out myself, including a 400 lb Hammond B3. All told almost 300 items, mostly keyboards, computers, and other electronics, were removed - cleaned - and some have already been returned. Excellent service, communication, and very responsive.
