I have Bipolar 1 with psychotic features (I have psychotic episodes), complex PTSD, major depressive disorder, and a slew of other mental health issues (trust me, this is relevant when it comes to meds). My psychiatrist Becca is amazing. She really listens to me and cares about my needs. My problems lie with the office and billing teams. They keep messing up my billing and appointments. They will charge you out of nowhere without warning. At my job, we call people first before charging their card. They need to call me with the amount and ask permission to charge. This place is terrible. Go somewhere else. I haven't been able to see my psychiatrist for weeks, since I haven't paid my bill because I got a new credit card. They keep telling me to call the office to pay...but they wont call messages back and they never pick up. They know I am having suicidal thoughts and this is how they handle it.
