This is the first health clinic I’ve ever been to where I actually feel HEARD. Every person who works here is compassionate, kind, and genuine. My referrals to specialists are timely, my prescriptions get sent immediately, and my wait times are usually very short (unless it’s an extremely busy time, but that’s not common.) I’m so glad I chose this clinic.

The service provided by this establishment has been highly unsatisfactory. There have been possible HIPAA law infractions, delayed medication refills, and the unauthorized disclosure of personal information by Shondell H. Furthermore, Nurse Belinda's departure without notification left patients uninformed, causing prolonged wait times. In my experience, I encountered a month-long delay in receiving my blood pressure medication and had to reschedule multiple appointments due to frequent travel.
