Dr. Hickson is truly an amazing primary care provider. She takes the time to listen, never makes me feel rushed, and always addresses every concern I have. This is this first clinic I felt like I was actually heard. Until the multiple letdowns. I struggle with mental health really bad. I was put on medication and it’s worked great, until I need a refill. Just about every time I’ve needed a refill I’ve had to wait either days on days, or weeks. This is the first health clinic I’ve ever been to where I actually feel HEARD. Every person who works here is compassionate, kind, and genuine. My referrals to specialists are timely, my prescriptions get sent immediately, and my wait times are usually very short (unless it’s an extremely busy time, but that’s not common.) I’m so glad I chose this clinic.
