After suffering extensive water damage, from workers ripping out a dishwasher and consequently breaking the water pipe, in the second floor unit above me, Laura from RestoreX was on the job; moisture meter in hand, she got to it, assessing walls and floors for water content, taping areas for demoing...what followed was a well-orchestrated succession of mitigation processes, including setting up dehumidifiers, immediately and removing all affected flooring and walls.
