During the recent protesting in Downtown Raleigh, our office windows were broken out and people were entering our facilities. Our RestorePro rep did all they could to get access to the site, but was unable until the next morning, due to the ongoing danger. Our building was sealed up by 7:30am and we had a quote for glass replacement the next day. We had outstanding service from RestorePro regarding the restoration of our kitchen after a water leak from our dishwasher. The project manager, ****** **, was the BEST! Subcontractors involved with replacing our vinyl flooring, repair and replacement of kitchen cabinets, and all plumbing work was outstanding. We did not have a good experience with this company and I would not recommend them. We had a dishwasher leak in our kitchen which caused water damage and hired this company for remediation and restoration. We encountered numerous miscommunication and delays to the point where we opted out of using this company for the restoration part of the project. Thank you for the feedback on how things could have appeared on the customer end. At RestorePro we typically are at the liberty of the insurance company to provide payment directly to us for the mitigation services that we provided. In your case we submitted all the needed paperwork in late March for the release of payment to your insurance company. Through June, still no payment and they finally assigned a different adjuster. This company (and people who works there) is very irresponsible. They aggressively get our business, told us 2-3 days to come back and check the condition of the house they've been working on, and they repeatedly failed to shown up after 3 weeks, not returned our calls. They don't seem to have a clue of what they are doing when it comes to project management and have no sense of urgency. They are all disconnected in btw their internal depts, and very arrogant about their lack of knowledge and responsibility.

This company is terrible. They told me 2-3 weeks time as an estimate in the front end and it is now 2 1/2 months in and they are still estimating 2 weeks out. They don't seem to have a clue of what they are doing when it comes to project management and have no sense of urgency. They wait until each part of the project, large or small, is completely done before reaching out to the next contractor which causes an unnecessary lengthy delay.
Restore Pro was great to work with! We had to have floors, cabinets, counters and paint all redone due to some serious water damage in our home. They coordinated all of the different repairs to be made and had us back in our home in 5 weeks! We did have to push some for timelines and more communication with different people in and out of our home. Some things were not up to standard when they were finished but they were very quick to come back out and fix the issues right away! Would use them again. Thanks RestorePro!
Restore Pro was able to quickly send crew to tear out sheetrock, carpet after Sewer Backup into home. Quiet and Efficient. Direct Bill to Insurance Company. They work fix price off the insurance claim adjustor estimate but the PM was flexible in letting me select a more expensive ground tile/labor in bathroom while I switched out to a lower cost vanity for the same price.
