I found RestoreMasters Business card in my mailbox today so I'm pretty unimpressed and annoyed. If you choose to solicit door to door, you need to understand laws and common courtesy. Don't snoop around my yard and don't touch my mailbox!
I am submitting this review to caution others from hiring this company. Our experience has been overwhelmingly negative from the very beginning. What was supposed to be a straightforward project turned into a stressful and drawn-out ordeal. There was no clear communication about when the work would begin or how long it would take. We were frequently left in the dark, unable to get consistent updates. Restore Masters was a pleasure to work with. After our neighbors with a roof only one year old, had it replaced because of hail damage, I called my insurance company to get our roof checked. I was told there was only 800 some dollars of damage to our whole roof and to, basically, not worry about it, per our insurance adjuster. I contacted Restore Masters for a second opinion. We worked with Joe Simpson at RestoreMasters LLC. Joe helped us from start to finish to replace our roof due to hail and storm damage. He and his team worked with our insurance company to coordinate. Roof turned out great! The construction crew did a great job from set up to clean up. I recommend working with Joe Simpson at this RestoreMasters LLC location.
Restore Masters was great from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof repaired with minimal work on my part. They quickly scheduled inspections with my insurer and kept me in the loop through the estimate process . Once insurance was approved they scheduled repairs and kept me updated as we waited for an available crew during a busy repair season. When work began they were in and out in one a day and left my yard as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
