I am submitting this review to caution others from hiring this company. Our experience has been overwhelmingly negative from the very beginning. What was supposed to be a straightforward project turned into a stressful and drawn-out ordeal.There was no clear communication about when the work would begin or how long it would take. We were frequently left in the dark, unable to get consistent updates. Restoremasters helped mitigate the damages from a Tornado that hit our building this year. They were very quick to respond. Very easy to work with. We are thankful for Restoremasters in this whole process. They have the right contacts to make sure that everything is handled by the best personnel. This is one of those times I wish I had done my research before selecting this company. They were able to get a claim approval for our roof through a PA, and for that I am grateful. However, it has been months with the same old run around, and still, the roof has yet to be replaced. They have had over 22K for almost 6 weeks, and nothing has been done or even scheduled. They commit insurance fraud. They inflate the price of the estimate, then when insurance pays they dont do all the repairs and only do the main roof and keep extra money. They take for ever to get the work done, and damaged the gutters and driveways in our community. They then send another invoice for more money to insurance for work they never did.
Restore Masters was great from start to finish. They worked with my insurance company to get my roof repaired with minimal work on my part. They quickly scheduled inspections with my insurer and kept me in the loop through the estimate process . Once insurance was approved they scheduled repairs and kept me updated as we waited for an available crew during a busy repair season. When work began they were in and out in one a day and left my yard as clean as they found it. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
