I was in an emergency situation (after hours on Saturday and it's a holiday weekend) Mr Nigel was wonderful he came over 30mins after I called to do the estimate (I had called 2 others supposedly 24hrs but only got constant ringing on one and answering service in the other) he's very efficient. My basement was dry in about 24hrs however he was sure to continue with the process until Monday afternoon (the actual holiday) to make sure I had no drying issues. I'd stay away from this company. They took two months to finish the project. We were unable to use the basement whole two months. The contractor that I was working was unresponsive and was providing excuses. We were so frustrated throughout the project. Unfortunately we cannot do anything rather call him multiple times and sending hundreds of texts. We received an email from the company with someone else contact, when tried to reach on that number it went to the same contractor that we working with, seems like its a fraud co... read more

After the devastating loss of my mother, I decided to rent out my house. Unbeknownst to me, there was a water issue in the basement. To make matters worse, I had tenants who were non-empathetic and made a bad situation much worse. Here is the good part though! Nigel came in, and dealt with the tenants firsthand, and got everything restored in my basement. It looked an absolute mess while it was happening, but by the end, it looked like it never happened!
