Anna is amazing. I walked in and she could tell immediately how to start unraveling the patterns I’d be doing that were causing stress. After the first session I felt so much more in tune with my body. We’ve had 3 sessions and i feel WAY better than I did on day one, and my daily habits have changed for the better per her recommendations. I sleep better, workout better and sit at my desk better. My appointment was confirmed with Stephanie by your other receptionist, and I did not intend to be seen by anyone else. Rather than placing blame on customers, it may be worth improving training and internal coordination for your front-facing staff.
