Really terrible customer service. They never get back to you in a timely fashion about referrals, even though all the requested info was provided within the SAME day. It’s really a shame. If you’re looking for a great pain management Doctor with a front staff who cares, look into Dr. Chad Stephens in Keller.
This is the best doctor around. I have been with Dr Rixter for quite a few years now. The staff are very attentive, respectful an efficient in handling all aspects in the office. Since I have multiple disabilities and health conditions anytime I need something they are responsive an getting me the referrals needed. Highly recommend Dr Rixter and her staff.

I have been under the care of Dr. Davida Rixter for over 4 years now. Having suffered a thalamic stroke back in 2012, and having been diagnosed with Thalamic Pain Syndrome, which is a very difficult illness to treat.
