I’ve had 4 or 5 appointments with Dr Rixter so far & I like her & her staff very much. I feel very comfortable with her & she listens to me. She’s progressive with treatment & has brought me relief already.
Really terrible customer service. They never get back to you in a timely fashion about referrals, even though all the requested info was provided within the SAME day. It’s really a shame. If you’re looking for a great pain management Doctor with a front staff who cares, look into Dr. Chad Stephens in Keller.
This is the best doctor around. I have been with Dr Rixter for quite a few years now. The staff are very attentive, respectful an efficient in handling all aspects in the office. Since I have multiple disabilities and health conditions anytime I need something they are responsive an getting me the referrals needed. Highly recommend Dr Rixter and her staff.
Best doc hands down. Very understanding and compassionate. Dr. Rixter is the most knowledgeable and thoughtful dr I’ve ever encountered. She’s a blessing in my life and improved my life. I recommend her with all my heart. 10/10. -Elkhatib
