I visited Cailan due sever pain in my back, neck, shoulders, and my calves. She was very welcoming, friendly, and caring. She took the time to understand my pain and kept making sure I felt comfortable at all times. This was the best massage I ever got. I had several knots on my back, neck, shoulders.
