The lady that calls is very rude and doesn't seem like they care about your business. They want to charge money upfront and more than you should be paying if you have insurance coverage. After speaking to my insurance representative she advised me that I should only be paying a copay for plan allowance amounts only and not their cost. If you are referred to this place be careful and speak to your insurance first for your allowed coverages so you don't get overcharged or pay unnecessary money.
Perfect insoles for my 12 year old! Appointment within 2 weeks, insoles in 3 weeks, made perfectly and high quality. Sweet and smart staff. Will definitely return! My other son still hasn’t received correctly made insoles from Hanger clinic after 6 months and 2 re-makes!
