Derek is an expert masseur, the best of the best! It takes him about 0.5 seconds to find your pain point. I always leave wishing I could stay for an extra session, definitely would recommend him and Restore to everyone!
I was lucky when I googled strength training and found Martha's SheNutrition. Her energizing virtual strength classes have improved muscle strength and definition, and balance. Highly recommended. Amazing staff all around. Derek is one of the best massage therapist in Toronto. Always a marked improvement in movement and pain reduction.
I recently discovered this clinic and have been truly impressed by their service. I first saw Dr. Sapna, she’s amazing! She explains everything clearly and has extensive experience in women’s health. Later, I found out they also offer massage, acupuncture, and other services. I had both a massage and acupuncture sessions with Winifred, and she is WONDERFUL. I highly recommend checking out this place for any health or energy-related concerns you might have.
