Katie and Nurse Stephanie were incredibly welcoming and kind. I wasn't feeling good at all when I arrived, but Nurse Stephanie listened to everything that was going on with my health and knew exactly what I needed. As the IV started working, everyone could see me beginning to feel better while we were sitting and talking. I felt safe, seen, and truly cared for. They made a stressful day so much easier, and I'm so grateful for their compassion. I highly recommend them!
This place is located In the HEB Center next to my PO box place. I got my groceries and my mail and popped in. There were two girls at the counter and one was talking to a potential client? So I asked the other girl how much for an infrared sauna. The girl i WASN'T even talking to told me to have a seat she would get to me next. Uhhhh NO. I had groceries in the trunk and I was just popping in you should have just told me the price or handed me a price list. Be cautious of membership. Owner will not honor what was guaranteed by staff on signing up.
Unreasonable and not customer centric. I like the arbor location much better.
