The entire staff are so welcoming and kind. It was a great experience and a beautiful location.
This was our first time at Restore in Peoria. Everyone was more than friendly and helpful, and the clinic was clean and comfortable. The experience however wasn’t the best. The appointment was slower than expected. We arrived at 10:15 and left at 12:20. It was about an hour slower than what we were used to for IV therapy at other Restore locations. Im in the middle of surviving cancer that has gone to bones. I have been using the treatments such as red light therapy, local cryotherapy, and compression therapy to reduce my pain. My favorite right now is the ultraviolet sauna. I love using this treatment after my infusions. I feel like the chemicals that are saving my life are being expelled faster after I get what I need from them. I always feel so much better after my appointments.
We used Restore for our son who is 14 years old for hydration. They required we have an order from a physician which I appreciate for safety. Met with her NP who seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The staff at the location were very friendly and kind. The location is clean and very inviting. Spa feelings! They have comfortable chairs, blankets, phone chargers and drinks. We also got a same day appointment! Will definitely be back!
