Why 2 stars. Well the facility is nice, professional, clean and the staff are very nice and professional. But try to pause your membership or cancel and they require you to come in person. That's just annoying and unnecessary friction which aims to keep people from cancelling. Secondly, they sold me a 10 pack of hyperbaric oxygen chamber sessions. When I cancelled my monthly membership they told me I could come back and use my remaining 4 sessions at any time. I called a year later and they told me "sorry they expire 3 month... read more
