I have been a member at Restore getting cryotherapy and sauna services for about 8 months now. Today was my first time taking advantage of their skin therapy options, and I am beyond thankful I did. They were very unprofessional I got appointment at 9 :00 I drove 25 minutes to got there when I got there I was waiting for 25 minutes then they said our nurse did a mistake she thought she didn’t have to come at 9 and our 10 is booked u have to reschedule they ruined my whole morning was so so unprofessional and unorganized
Had to spell out my name three times and my phone number for them to still have trouble finding me in their system. Does not bode confidence. I explained I recently bought a transferrable package at another location, the technician then said she could see that and took me back for a local cryo session. I mentioned at least once more about the package I purchased and not until I checking out was I made aware I would have a charge that day at this location.
