Very disappointing experience. The hours listed online say they open at 9:00 AM, but they don’t actually open until 10:00 AM. To make matters worse, when I showed up, I was told the nurse had called in sick and no services were available. I understand that people get sick, but if there is no backup plan in place, it creates a poor customer experience. Amazing experience Today I tried the hyperbaric oxygen chamber along with the cold therapy and honestly it was incredible. The atmosphere, energy, and hospitality were all top tier. You can tell they genuinely care about wellness, recovery, and helping people feel their best.
