Today I had an appointment, at the restore location in redondo beach and upon entry i was ignored. The girl in the iv room made eye contact with me and then look away. I then went to sit down in the waiting area to wait.. Few minutes later she appeared. The customer service was horrible because I wasnt even greeted. Then she (the girl sitting at the front desk) asked me if I wanted to get my IV in the waiting room. There was still space in the iv room. Staff is always amazing. And I LOVE the services! Red light, sauna, and compression are my absolute favorites. but when I’m wanting an IV, Maria always makes my visit the best ever. She’s a pro!
I loved the services and staff members at this location. So many positive things about this place.
