Complete lack of communication and bad business. They tell you have a minimum of 3 months then when you try to cancel they tell after the fact “You have to give a 30 day notice.” Those are deceptive and underhanded business practices. I had to call 3 times and send three emails to finally get the cancellation. Ridiculous!!! Won’t get another cent from me besides the $180 they will take from me because of the 30 day cancellation notice that was never mentioned while I was signing up. Thieves.
I both scheduled and canceled an appointment all within the same day. I have done this before with zero issues, as I have told them before I have a hectic work schedule. No one bothered to tell me this would cause scheduling issues. I had to cancel due to a work emergency that I could not get out of. But they charged me a no show fee of $40 anyways and are refusing to refund it. A complete no show would make sense but I always make sure to cancel if i have to. No amount of grace whatsoever. I’m visiting in the area and decide to stop in because my allergies were terrible. I was actually thinking about canceling my membership. But, after visiting this location, I had an absolutely amazing experience: sauna, IV fluid therapy with compression, then red light therapy/cryo/red light therapy. I feel completely rejuvenated. Thank you Grant & your wonderful staff. Five stars, HIGHLY recommend. I’ll be back again.
My wife and I took advantage of a promo for a free Cryotherapy session offered at our F45 studio. We left with a membership and received our first IV drip (BOGO)! Great staff, friendly and professional all around. We are looking forward to having Restore as part of our health program.
