Amazing! I have done many saunas and this is by far the best infrared sauna I’ve experienced. They also have a connecting shower to rinse off the toxins once you’re done with the sauna. Super clean, comfortable, private (you can lock the door), single person sauna, and the heat was perfect! The staff is super nice, and the parking is easy!
Love that they have a range of different wellness modalities in one place. Friendly staff.
I loved it so much I became a member. Can’t wait to continue to use their services. I did the red light and the cryo therapy. Best way to spend my birthday!
