I was in contact with Restore for 6 days trying to get orders for home health treatment sent from the doctor. I told Restore what insurance I had on the first day. I was in contact with the doctor's office and Restore every day. I finally got the doctor's office to fax the orders over while I was on the phone to avoid any further delays. The doctor's office then called me back and said that Restore had called them and told them they aren't accepting my insurance at this time. I waited 6 days!!
