My husband's mother was in this facility after being discharge from Holy Cross Hospital. We wanted her closer to us so it was a transport from Silver Spring to White Plains. It was the best decision we made the staff from the front desk to the cleaning people were absolutely amazing they were very accommodating answered every question we had, and took care of her as though she was their family. I highly recommend Restore. Ms. Ann Sweeney was awesome!
My aunt received a lack of care. Call lights often go unanswered and nursing staff is rude and unprofessional! Would not recommend.
Wish I can give it zero stars! Worst facility for care ever! Extremely understaffed, no structure, no organization, no follow up. Poor quality of care and they are negligent. Vast miscommunication amongst their staff at the expense of the patient. If you sincerely love your loved one, do not admit to this facility.
