My dad has been admitted there for a week, now. I was told he'll have physical therapy every day of the week. So, far he's only had it on Monday and Friday. It only happened on Friday. Because family was there visiting and concerned as to why he hasn't been getting any therapy. Since he's been there all they have him doing is staying in bed. I was there on one occasion. My sister was there. Within hours she was without oxygen. She has a fracture in her spine and 15% lung capacity or less, with RSV. Needless to say, I called and demanded help for her, they didn't answer the button. I took her out, per her request, she didn't feel safe. My advice, keep a close eye on your loved ones.

There is an administrator, a Director of Nurses, an Assistant Director of Nurses, Evening Shift Supervisor, Staffing coordinator. This is an excellent facility that is well operated. Although they may be overstaffed per shift, this facility generally cares about their patients.

When my mother required short-term care, we chose this facility, and we’re delighted with our decision. Upon arrival, we met with each department to discuss her care plan. We also had a follow-up meeting to review her exit plan when she was being discharged. The facility provided unwavering support throughout her stay. The physical therapy, occupational therapy, and well-being activities created a conducive environment for her recovery. I would not recommend this facility for your love one. My mom was here and I couldn’t get any rest the nurses are so rude to the residents and when we notified the nurse manager Rita my mom told me she screamed at her and treated her very rudely . My mom was not able to finish her therapy due to the mistreatment of the staff. It’s sad that this facility only cares about there employees and not the the patients. I recommend you to take your love one to this facility, my mom had to eat her lunch with a dirty diaper they refuse... read more
