Very clean place and very friendly staff with a plethora of services. Before we used the sauna, there was a young woman who showed us to the sauna room. She did a good job of explaining what to do before and after the sauna, but simply showed us the remote and stated you can change the lights. Don't mistake this place for restore wellness franchise. They are nice inside but very misleading that they claim they offer cryo toning that's a lie and they really just want to push their cryo chamber. Very misleading
Struggled with golfers elbow for too long...shots wore off without correcting the issue. After a series of shockwave treatments, I finally feel fixed and have been back to normal activity without issue. Highly recommend this treatment for anyone suffering from tennis or golfers elbow.
Dr. Grey and her team is fantastic. She is a real pro, very knowledgeable and caring. Tiffany is one of the best masseuse I've ever used.
