Very unprofessional I have worked for many provider services and I have never experienced such an unprofessional place. When they came out to the clients home the lady didn’t wait for me to complete my application they told me to send my id for the background check then the next day I was told I can start clocking in before even coming out to the clients home and completing the application. Everyone there is very very unprofessional if I can give a zero star I would
After ten years
In the past 5 1/2 years of going through therapist. I felt like I was spinning my wheels. Al the PT is amazing! Ver patient, compassionate and caring and the same goes for John the OT. We had to suspend services due to Covid. However I’m excited to be picking services up with these 2 amazing therapists. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!
Pro: There are some people within the company that will really step out to assist you. Ms. Bosie, and Ms. Jocelyn show care and concern for my father on a consistent basis. I appreciate their check ins and personal touch. My father’s has a few providers and I’d have to say Misty is the best provider. I don’t have to constantly train her on my father’s needs. She’s is very efficient and compassionate. We have had a few emergency situations and she has responded quickly and appropriately. If I could give her a raise I would. M... read more
