I have been a loyal customer here, visiting 7 to 8 times, but my recent experiences with the staff have been unacceptable. While the store has a great selection of home goods and furniture, the customer service is unprofessional and rude. For my last three visits, I’ve been denied access to the restroom with the same excuse: "It’s being cleaned."
