I ended up in small claims with this company 7 years ago over a car I had sold. The new person I sold it to got stopped and towed. Some 6 months later they came after me for tow cost and storage fees. After small claims with all evidence that I had sold car judge informed me that he believed I was not the person who should be paying fines however Oregon law states if car is in my name I am held responsible.
