Doug from Restoration Xperts evaluated the damage to my house caused by a neighbor's leak; he was very thorough, investigated the spot where the leak occured; he answered all my questions and provided me with additional information for going forward; didn't try to sell me anything; didn't try to make the leak or the damage into something more than is was. I can confidently recommend Restoration Xperts as a business that will honestly assess your damage and will make appropriate recommendations.

This company saved me at 2 o’clock in the morning in my Florida condo. They were polite, professional, and worked with my insurance company to get me paid. I highly recommend everyone use this company. They’re absolutely terrific.

Had a salesman come to my home when we thought the restoration people were going to come. After an hour was told we needed to pay them our deductible… we have insurance and then told we would have to pay for the plumber if we didn’t pay the deductible . We had them leave and then received a call we would owe a 200.00 fee for coming out! We had a water leak and insurance and no one ever showed up prior to be asked for money.
