Grace is phenomenal! I cannot recommend her enough. I started seeing her for clinical/medical massage to address the imbalance in my body due to ACL reconstruction in 2018 and muscle soreness from teaching yoga currently. Grace is highly trained and professional, and is consistently taking continuing education in the field of massage therapy to further her craft. Making the choice to see her on a regular basis has probably been the best medical decision I've made in the last decade. Have had back pain the last couple of months and Grace has helped tremendously after just one visit! She listened carefully, and targeted the treatment for precisely what I needed. She followed up with exercises and stretches for me to do at home as well. Highly recommended!!!
The massage is in a whole other league. The most knowledgeable, conscientious professional I’ve ever encountered. If you want to treat yourself, book an appointment and savor the hour (90 minutes is better)! Or, if you’re looking to fix and strengthen your body, this is the person for creative and personalized care over months or years. I’m in my second year with Grace, and it’s become a cornerstone of my personal wellness approach.
