Was my first time and I was nervous and Lauren was with me talking me through it!! Super "cool" (pun intended) and looking forward to returning! An intense two minutes followed by coffee and resting and then repeat! Can't wait to see if my lower back feels better!
Amazing experience. The Cryosauna feels great and targeted all the areas inflamed from my intense workouts! I also did the facial and my skin was glowing!
Everyone is super nice. It's a fun atmosphere while maintaining a great degree of professionalism. It's VERY clean & well maintained. Their concern for my satisfaction is so refreshing... As was the service itself!
