RecommendedWhat a rush! I decided to try cryotherapy on a whim/a dare to myself (I hate the cold more than just about anyone), and was surprised to have such a positive experience. The staff was lovely- welcoming and knowledgeable; and they were easy to talk to during the session to help distract from the cold. I managed to last the full 3 minutes (much to my own surprise). I thought I was just coming to try it once and never do it again, but after such a great experience, I can't wait to come back! Thanks!
I had my first appointment today to help with a sciatic nerve problem and am very hopeful. The staff here is AMAZING! had a whole body treatment and a facial and loved it.
