I called at 3:30 pm on May 20th to schedule a new patient appointment to get help with my PTSD. The woman who answered the phone was immediately abrasive and seemed upset with me for calling. I tried to proceed with scheduling anyhow , but she seemed so frustrated by having to speak to me i eventually gave up. All in all wasn't great for my mental health. Would not recommend.
