Just went for my second time with Carli- it’s amazing!! So relaxing- really calms mind, body and spirit. Highly recommend trying it.
Today was my first visit. My massage therapist Naomi recommended this class for me. I didn't know what to expect so I showed up with my yoga mat��. Not needed. Lol. What I experience in this class was very different and very amazing. I'm excited to share it with everyone I know and care about I had an amazing class followed by an amazing massage with Naomi. It reminded me that even if it's just once a week we need to take some time for ourselves and restore and balance. Thank you so much Stephanie I cannot wait to come back�
The second I walk in, I immediately feel calm due to the warm, soothing atmosphere. Stephanie’s Kambal yoga is the most relaxing thing I’ve ever experienced. I’m hooked!
I have been twice to restore balance. It has already begun to change the way I react to situations & have brought me to a calmer state of being! Stephanie is amazing & very caring . I always look forward to going. Love it!!
