Becca is awesome! I had back surgery 6 months ago and my surgeon recommended Becca as a yoga instructor. I’ve only been twice but I can say this is going to be a great relationship!!
I tore my MCL and my knee was locked up. Mr. Andrew Lantz taught me how to establish a good mind body connection with the injury. He suggested some simple mobility exercises, breathing techniques, and some meditative therapies. He also worked on the knee with dry-needling and electrotherapy. The day following the treatment my co-workers noticed a significant improvement with my walking. Excited to continue the healing journey with Restorative.
I walked into Restorative Therapy after 2 surgeries over 10 years and Becca Ellis gave me a gift-she gave me back my life. I can do so much now and have learned what to do for the pain, if needed. I have been to many physical therapists over the years and there is no one like Becca Ellis. I hope someone reads this and knows she can help you.
