I’m 78 years old. Over the last 5-6 years. I have had several R & L hip operations, and both shoulders replaced. RTA has been there for me EVERY time. After PT & OT expired, they even offered to let me come in to any location and use the equipment as needed. They are interested in Results! My latest hip was a 3D printed hip. Rationally or irrationally, my expectations can be a little pessimistic where's cynical with caloptima / Medi-Cal. So I was low-key blown away by the quality at RTA. I mostly worked with Michael who is always a beacon of calm and quiet confidence with his depth of knowledge and easy-going conversational, friendly professionalism. Nothing but positive experiences with all the rest of the staff as well.
I came in after a referral for low back pain and have been seeing Michael—he’s awesome! Super professional, very knowledgeable, and explains everything clearly. I love that he spends the time to make sure you're understanding the exercise and clearly wants you to feel better. I never felt rushed or ignored and I’ve already noticed improvement. Paula and Kristin at the front desk are always so friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!
Today after one week I had an appointment with Michael and he booked another patient the same as last week with me and he couldn’t work with me alone and I couldn’t concentrate. I didn’t work in this situation. They are very impolite, rude and unprofessional and they want just charge the insurance and of course I’ll call my insurance and let them know. RTA is amazing. I first came here after a knee injury, and then returned 2 years later for my ankle. Both times, the care I received was absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, you feel the energy. They truly care about you and your recovery. You’re not just another patient or number.
