I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Hadiloksono. He refused to review the imaging reports I brought, asked repetitive questions I'd already answered, and dismissed my severe and long-lasting symptoms as "probably just an inflammation." When I expressed concern about the lack of engagement and trust, he became defensive and suggested canceling the appointment rather than working toward a solution.
