My father attended a neuropathy seminar with the doctor. Spent a lot of money, then got sick with covid. Not able to work. Called dr to cancel the at home treatment, was told to return the supplies and equipment but then was told they could cancel the monthly payments, but $1,300 could not be refunded. So what did they pay for for that? Plus the doctor program is pd $300 a month for 1 yr and he doesn't guarantee his work saying it could take upto 5 yrs to see the full effect of this program. Very clean facility, staff was very friendly and helpful, doctor was friendly and thorough.

Dr. Westmoreland took the time to go through everything that could be bothering me, asked the right questions and made me understand even more underlying problems that could be caused by my primary problem. Very knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs, ready to provide all of the resources at his reach to get me back on track.
