I am not happy for how they treated my wife who was blind . Learn how to treat your employees.
Do not use or go to this facility. They do not know how to code correctly. You will receive MONTHS of past due bills from them. Once you catch up, they will continue to send you past due billing. This place is not reputable. They will tell you they "fired a company" and are trying to play catch up. They are not using a real medical coder. Please watch your EOB and actual bills to make sure they match and take your business elsewhere!!
Went to a couple sessions a couple months ago and the experience was poor it felt lack luster and the person I got she seemed like she needed counseling more then I do The last session I went to I guess she was asking her mom to bring her something the person I had was blind and the mom barged into my session as I was talking about personal things my privacy and trust was completely destroyed the mom then stayed for 10 minutes of my session trying to baby my therapist The only positive from here is that everyone was nice

I have never been there. I attempted to get an evaluation for my children through there, but due to scheduling conflict was not able to make or keep the appointment. Daily, I receive emails from them telling me that I have a past due balance and I need to login and pay my bill. I have called them multiple times and I’ve spoken with them to be told that it’s an error in their automated system. I was told I don’t owe them money but daily I get emails, harassing me, telling me to pay a bill.
