My wife was scheduled for treatment. We spent countless hours with them going over paperwork; getting clearance from. Multiple Drs of my wife. We were under the impression given to us by Restorative staff that she would begin treatment today at 12 noon. Do Not Waste your TIME . My mother was given clearance by multiple drs of her own , spent hours at goi g through the process of becoming eligible BY Restorative. Les’s than two hours before she was meant to be there on treatment day , 1. Nurse Aurelia called trying to do my parents a favor. That favor was to let them know without written consent from one of mothers outside drs they wOULD NOT Treat Her TODAY. I'm so glad I found this place, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for these services -- from Ketamine to a basic Meyer's cocktail, they are super friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable with what they do. Arielle and Melissa are fantastic and I feel like I am in great hands when I'm here!
Everyone is attentive and professional
Avoid this place at all costs. Employee walked in visibly very ill without a mask claiming he did not have a mask. I was advised that they had vitamin C injections, and they did not. Complete waste of my time.
