I had Jose, Bernice, and Erica on my restoration. Demolition work. They were always on time they were attentive. They worked hard to communicate with me and to make sure that everything was done correctly. They let me know when they would be at the house and then communicated effectively during the process so I knew exactly what was happening. I’m very happy with the service they provided. I had water damages from a broken water filter when I was on vacation. It must have leaked for several days since 2000 square feet of floor area was completely saturated. Dry1Out was on-site a couple of hours after I reached out to my insurance agent. It was that fast. The Supervisor, Jose G. and his crew Jose R., Erika and Bernie worked diligently to 3:00 am to evacuate the wet carpet and raise furniture so it would not see further damages. We had a really great experience with Dry 1 Out. Last week, a pipe burst in our bathroom and flooded our house for four days until we learned about it. Thankfully, Dry 1 was able to immediately set up a drying system while we were out of town. The next day, when we arrived home, we were able to work with George and Will to make a series of decisions related to drying and demolition. Bernice and Erika from 'Dry1Out' company worked at our 4 bedroom house for weeks. They had to perform various cleaning and inventorying tasks after the fire at the house. And we feel they did an excellent job! They were helpful, flexible and very patient. We had many questions about the whole process, and they were always willing to answer them. They also assisted us with cleaning items that were put in a storage right after the fire.
