Bernice and Erika from 'Dry1Out' company worked at our 4 bedroom house for weeks. They had to perform various cleaning and inventorying tasks after the fire at the house. And we feel they did an excellent job! They were helpful, flexible and very patient. We had many questions about the whole process, and they were always willing to answer them. They also assisted us with cleaning items that were put in a storage right after the fire.

Jose did a great job boarding up my smashed sliding glass door after a burglary. He vacuumed up all of the broken glass and carefully boarded up the area, making sure my walls weren’t scratched in the process.

We needed them to do a quick board up of a window that was broken. They were quick to get it done, and extremely helpful and friendly all along the way. Would use them again without concern.

Let me preface this by saying as a single mother of twins that came home to see water that was yellowish Brown poopy water coming from my kitchen sink flooding my entire living room, I had no idea what to do. I first called someone. Then I called some other people. Then I finally found Jose G and dry1out restoration to thoroughly educate me about what was going on and safely execute a plan so my children were safe in our apartment. We experienced a water leak and were referred to Dry1Out. The team of Felix, Nico, Jose, Marcus were very helpful, careful and experts in helping us. This team was lead by their Project Manager William "Will" Craig. They seem to be there 24/7 and always offer a helping hand
