Sam and his team were great! They showed up on a Saturday within an hour of our initial phone call to begin water mitigation services for a pipe that broke on our first floor. Sam took the time to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and checked in with us over text or phone call almost daily with us over the week long mitigation. After having a water leak upstairs that caused significant damage, we used Restoration Solutions by Elite and we cannot be more satisfied with their services!
