Restoration Roofing has never corrected or completed our unacceptable roofing job. The attorney for RR has informed us that. Brent S. will not be returning to our property.. I have been advised by the Tn Division of Consumer Affairs and an attorney with the Tn Attorney Generals office to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit against RR. It looks like that is the only option left to settle this unpleasant experience . I am not willing to allow RR to walk away with my money and leave me with a substandard leaky roof.
Substandard , does not meet manufacturers specifications according to my roofing inspection Report! Tried to reach a mutual agreement to correct the unacceptable work. Exhausted all efforts and have been advised by Tn Division of Consumer Affairs and attorney from Attorney Generals office to hire attorney and take RR to court.
