Had a sewer backup in our basement flooding the unfinished part. Restoration Pros came in cleaned up the area dried it out and applied an anti mold and disinfectant to the effected area. Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Jason walked me through what to expect from the insurance company, what would be covered and not covered. Company was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.
Amazingly helpful!! I called the general number and reached Jason. I told him right away that I was calling for information and advice, and that I would not be able to hire his firm since the property with the mold problem was in Spain. Nevertheless, Jason explained the entire process to me - not just mold removal/remediation, but also about HVAC and IICRC certification - important aspects of the work that will be needed in my apartment overseas.
