I was faced with a huge flood in my Dad's basement on a Friday afternoon (which happened to be Halloween). Having no idea what to do, I called Restoration Pros and it turned out to be the best thing I could have done. Jason called me back immediately and came out to review the scene. All the water and the damaged furnishings were quickly removed and the property expeditiously dried. Had a sewer backup in our basement flooding the unfinished part. Restoration Pros came in cleaned up the area dried it out and applied an anti mold and disinfectant to the effected area. Jason and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Jason walked me through what to expect from the insurance company, what would be covered and not covered. Company was very helpful and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company.
Amazingly helpful!! I called the general number and reached Jason. I told him right away that I was calling for information and advice, and that I would not be able to hire his firm since the property with the mold problem was in Spain.
