I know a complete lack of customer service is becoming more and more the norm these days, but that doesn't make it "ok". My order was shipped without any sort of tracking so after about 2 weeks of being in the dark I sent an email, no response then called and finally was told that something happened to it during shipping so they would have to ship another.
