We had a water leak while we were on vacation and the damage was extensive. We came home to collapsed ceilings from the 2nd floor to the basement and 2 inches of water on the floors. Restoration Partners was recommended by a plumbing company. Troy and his team of professionals immediately came and helped us through the process with top notch responsiveness and follow-through. We contacted Restoration Partners after experiencing a small leak that affected our ceiling drywall. Troy came out as soon as he could and inspected the issue. When having a leak (we had two previously and hired other service providers), many water restoration teams will immediately open up the ceiling and call your insurance agency to file a claim.
