I have called Dr Rainer office at least 7 times without anyone returning my call. I was scheduled in advance for Oct. 27th for a follow up for a MRI. I saw the Dr. on Sept 22 with plans for getting the MRI scheduled and follow up on Oct27th. No one called to schedule the MRI. I called my insurance company and the MRI was approved on Oct1 and sent to Dr Rainers office. I called many times both talking with people and leaving messages about having the MRI scheduled.
