Absolutely fantastic customer service from Lee and Roman. Very patient with my questions and they really know their product! It's nice to see a company carry such good values and old school work ethic. They really went the extra mile.

Great experience with Murray & Frank at Restoration Hardwood with clear, timely, and professional communication throughout. They did an excellent job sanding and refinishing my hardwood floors and went above and beyond with their attention to detail and pride in their work. The crew that worked on restoring my wooden floors were absolutely wonderful! I was a little concerned about parts of the floor where massive amounts of glue and underlay were caked on, but the final product literally brought tears to my eyes! They communicated with me about each step of the process, paying attention to all the small details, and worked efficiently. I am a very satisfied customer!
We just had our 2 storey house hardwood floor done by Lee and his team. One word to describe the result "fabulous". Lee was very fast at providing a quote, work was done as scheduled. We experienced the greatest care from start to finish, Arek and Damian took great care of our house, there was no cleaning needed once they were done. Friends come to visit and they all comment on how great the floors look as soon as they walk in. I highly recommend Restoration Hardwood Floors, we are very happy with their work.
