We just had our 2 storey house hardwood floor done by Lee and his team. One word to describe the result "fabulous". Lee was very fast at providing a quote, work was done as scheduled. We experienced the greatest care from start to finish, Arek and Damian took great care of our house, there was no cleaning needed once they were done. Friends come to visit and they all comment on how great the floors look as soon as they walk in. I highly recommend Restoration Hardwood Floors, we are very happy with their work.
I can not overstate how terrible the experience was from Lee and team. Do NOT reccommend. The initial booking and deposit went fine, but the moment they had the deposit it was RADIO SILENCE. On the first day of work (which was confirmed in writing twice) NO-ONE SHOWED UP. All calls and emails went unanswered. Writing this 2 weeks later i still have heard nothing from Lee. We just had our floors sanded and varnished and would highly recommend this company. Great communication with Lee our salesman, and Sylvester did a beautiful job on our floors. We are very pleased with their work!
Quality craftsmanship, good communications and a crew that was respectful of our home. What more can you ask for. Our sales person, Lee and Ignacio, our craftsman, are a great team and produced a superior experience for us in the refinishing of our maple floors. Thanks for the great service.
From top to bottom, these guys were professional. Showed up on time and did what they said they would. Left me with a lovely finish on my Brazilian cherry wood floors. Good guys, highly recommended.
