Installed a shower improperly 2 years ago. I have discovered it leaks into the wall and floor. I now have a shower I cannot use and a mold problem. They will not return my phone calls, emails, or texts as the problem just continues to get worse. Update: December 2023 - I reached Ryan Nichols by phone and he claimed RGT has been sold, but he is still licensed to RGT. He claims he will fix all issues, but no response again for weeks now. Was referred by insurance company and when this company was hired what should have taken a least a week to do inside work of maybe 2 sheets of drywall, it took over a month. POOR communication and the guys would come by to fix one thing and leave and not be seen for another week or so. Dumped trash in my yard from another job. Didn't care my wife works from home and didn't give us a notice there was gonna be loud work so she can make arrangements. Had to keep calling to see when someone was coming back. These guys were on our insurance trusted vendor list so we had them do all the mitigation from water damages after a major water heater leak while we were out of town. We also had them do the repairs on our house once the water was cleaned up. They were timely getting to our house and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. While have to deal with the damage was not fun these guys made the experience much better. I would call them again for work and I recommend them to anyone needing work.

Had them do all the mitigation and repair on my house after a water heater explosion. Was a horrible experience but RGT really made it easier to deal with. Grey and cj were the best!
