My Parents had a massive leak in their home so we called Restoration Genie they were very friendly over the phone and they came out right away to review the damage. They were extremely helpful in explaining the process of water damage, removal, and mold...yuck. We had a terrible flood from the bathroom and everything was dried out in a few days and they helped me not only put together the bathroom but were able to upgrade the damaged laminate to a new bamboo floor throughout my home. We were out of the house for about 4-5 days while they did everything. Couldn't have turned out better.

It was the most shocking experience and would never want to repeat it if possible. I had a flood start in the downstairs laundry room in my condo. The drain got clogged in the floor and at the same time, my washer decided to spring a leak in its supply line. It must have run for at least a few hours because there was a good foot of water.
